A Children's Theater of Hudson (ACT) is a nonprofit organization established in 1991, that serves area school children in grades 3-8 and their families. ACT's mission is to offer programs and productions that nurture creativity, cultivate confidence, foster collaboration and community, and develop life skills that celebrate growth and encourage exploration. We hope to instill in them a hearty appetite, whether as a performer or a spectator, for a lifetime of the dramatic arts.

ACT's Guiding Principles

Provide a supportive environment where children can explore and express their unique voices, encouraging them to bring their individuality into each role they undertake.
